About Rêver Healthcare Solutions
Rêver Healthcare Solutions was founded in 2021 to close a gap we saw across the industry — substance use and mental health treatment centers deserve HR support built specifically for their world, not adapted from a generic playbook. What began as one person’s mission to bring specialized, personal HR support to behavioral health facilities has grown into a trusted partner for organizations across the country.
Today, Rêver provides full-service HR, payroll, and compliance support exclusively for behavioral health treatment centers. But our approach hasn’t changed since day one: we believe HR should feel like a partnership, not a transaction — built on deep industry expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine investment in every organization we serve.

Founder of Rêver Healthcare Solutions
Rêver Healthcare Solutions exists because of one man’s belief that people — and the organizations that support them — deserve better.
Max Chesnoff founded Rêver in 2021, drawing on years of firsthand experience in the mental health and substance use treatment field. Having worked his way up from Technician to Administrative Director, Max understood the daily realities of behavioral health facilities in a way few HR providers ever could. He built Rêver not as a distant vendor, but as a true partner — one who believed deeply in the power of recovery and in supporting the people who make that recovery possible every day.
Max passed away in October 2025. His vision, his integrity, and his unwavering commitment to this industry remain at the heart of everything we do. Rêver is, and will always be, an extension of the dream he dared to build.
Today, Rêver is led by his wife and partner, Catherine Chesnoff, who continues that mission with the same dedication, care, and belief in what’s possible.
