Rever implements and manages Human Resources remotely through an HRIS. This consists of issuing onboarding paperwork, tracking all expiration dates of professional licenses, malpractice insurance, CPR/First Aid, TB test and other documents set to expire. We assist and guide management with writes ups and employee separations in accordance with state law and ensure documentation is always current and compliant with DHCS and The Joint Commission. We have developed a propriety tracking system to assist with tracking personnel documents that are missing or set to expire. Our HR services also include running background/MVR reports, managing health insurance benefits, unemployment paperwork, disability, and workers compensation claims.

Rever provides a comprehensive payroll solution that includes the following components. Gathering and reviewing timesheets from employees. Processing of employee payroll. Administrative Support

Rever will develop, edit, and manage the back end of your EHR system. Our primary experience is with KIPU, but our staff is also familiar with managing other EHR systems such as BestNotes, Alleva, Sunwave, and ZenCharts. This service includes the creation or edit of any type of form: administrative, clinical, medical, operational, etc. We also assist with various IT issues and manage user access with your EHR and email systems. We also offer the completion of application and renewals for Legitscript Certification. Rever is also on-call for any questions, advice and concerns

Operational Consulting

Rever will assist with questions and documentation regarding licensing, operations, client care, website management/online marketing. In addition, we participate in on-site licensing/accreditation surveys to provide support and directly answer HR-related matters.
